Quality will remain same after uploading it on YouTube or Instagram . First you need to open your video in Capcut app and then trim clip that you need to upload on Youtube . then you need to click on adjust and increase brightness to 10 , contast to 10 and increase clarity to 40 . After this save this video clip .

After this you need to open wink app to change quality of video from normal video to 4k quality . Now you need to click on button Ai Repair and then browse and select video clip and then you need to adjust setting for best result
Change Quality Restoration to Ultra HD , Change Super Resolution to 4k, Change Denoise to 0 , Change Night View to 0 , Change Stabilize to 0 and turn ON Enhance by clicking on Enhance button .
After this click on auto button to save video clip in 4k quality and it will also increase clip quality to 4k and also improve its colours . We you upload this clip on YouTube , your video quality will not decrease
